Happy Sabbath. I hope that you are enjoying this wonderful day of communing with God and reflection upon His many blessings such as the joy of watching a family of black birds crossing the street at a rest stop,

or enjoying a fun Bible quiz.

Happy Sabbath. I hope that you enjoyed this Bible learning game and that it helps bring you closer to God who has granted us so many blessings such as playful squirrels that He uses to bring smiles to our faces.

Happy Sabbath everyone. My family and I have been busy the past few weeks trying to sell our house and look for another one. Between that and a bunch of doctor’s appointments we have had quite a few low sleep nights. Thankfully last night we were able to go to bed early for the first time in over a month. It is amazing what a blessing a good night’s sleep can be.
Since I felt a bit more rested this Sabbath, I thought that I would take the time to share a fun Bible word scramble based upon Joel 1:11. I hope that you enjoy it.

I hope that you are enjoying the wondrous blessing of the Sabbath. In these increasingly perilous times it is so helpful to have a day to pull apart and spend time with our source of strength. To take time from the struggle to earn our daily bread and remember that one day soon the struggles and burdens of this life will be laid down. And remind ourselves that the things of this life are temporary and that we need to set our hearts upon the things which really matter. To take the focus off ourselves and place them firmly upon Jesus, our true source of hope and salvation.
Here is a fun maze that was created using a picture of my little dog Happy.

I had several post I have wanted to write. But after a couple of weeks filled with visits to the vet, ER because my Mother’s blood pressure with medicine was climbing over 200, my grandmother having a stroke, and delays in getting my second iron infusion, they are going to have to wait a little longer. After all the stress, loss of sleep, and worry, I just want to be able to sit back, relax, and have a bit of fun like working on a puzzle.
Since I cannot share a puzzle with you, I thought I would share the next best thing, a fun and relaxing word search that I was making for a pack that I was hoping to sell on Etsy (more about that in another post).
